A Voluntary Acknowledgement of Paternity (VAP) is a legal document for unmarried parents, that establishes the biological father and child relationship and allows the fathers name to be placed on the birth certificate.
Look for "Submit VAP Search" in your browner next to "Submit Diligent Search" !!!!
